Cancellation

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Failure to do so will result in a 20% fee.

Late Policy

In an effort to respect everyone’s time and keep the schedule according to plan, I do enforce a 15 minute tardy policy. If you will be more than 15 min late to your scheduled appointment, I respectfully require you to reschedule.

No Show

 If no notice is given, and there is no attempt to contact me, and the appointment is missed, a 50% charge of the would be missed appointment will be assessed before the guest is able to reschedule.

Services (redo) and retail return policy:

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, or I have failed to meet the expectations laid out in our consultation. Please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue at no additional cost to you.  If a request for an adjustment is made more than 7 days of the original appointment, the adjustment service will be scheduled and charged as a new appointment. Crescent Mane Hair Studio does not offer refunds.  Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 90 days from your initial purchase.
