As with any business, there’s some not-so-fun stuff to talk about.
So, let’s get to it!

Cancellation Policy

I know life gets busy, and I completely understand when things come up! If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 20% fee.

Late Policy

In an effort to honor and respect the time of fellow guests, it’s important that all appointments start and end in a timely fashion. I do enforce a 15-minute tardy policy - if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I will respectfully ask you to reschedule, and will help you to do so.

No Show Policy

If you fail to show up to your appointment, (and no notice is given) a 50% charge of the would-be appointment will be assessed and potentially applied before you are able to reschedule. 

Service Redos and Retail Return Policy

While I strive to provide my guests with the highest level of service, experience and satisfaction, I understand if you have concerns. If you are experiencing challenges with your haircut or color, or feel like your expectations discussed in our initial consultation have not been met, please let me know within 7 days of your visit. I’m happy to correct the issue in question at no additional cost to you!

 

If a request for an adjustment is made outside of that 7-day timeframe, the adjustment service will be scheduled and charged as a new appointment.

 

Crescent Mane Hair Studio does not offer refunds for services or product purchases. Should you make a retail purchase you are not satisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges for full retail credit for 90 days from the initial purchase.
